QR Code & Reward System
The Application allows users to scan QR codes or reward codes to claim eligible reward points. Misuse of the reward system is strictly prohibited.

Reward points do not represent real currency unless approved for redemption

Beneficiary & Bank Details
Users may provide beneficiary bank account details for payout processing. Users are solely responsible for ensuring submitted bank information is accurate and valid. We are not responsible for incorrect transfers due to wrong bank details, banking delays, or payment failures caused by third-party banking systems.
Third-Party Services
Certain services including OTP verification, payment processing, analytics, cloud hosting, or push notifications may be handled by authorized third-party service providers. These providers are permitted to access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
Notifications
The Application may send push notifications, reward alerts, redemption updates, transaction confirmations, and service announcements. Users may manage notification permissions through device settings.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining OTP confidentiality, device security, and secure account access.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
Share OTPs or account credentials
Attempt unauthorized system access
Use the Application for illegal activities
Manipulate rewards or redemption systems
Reverse engineer or disrupt Application services
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, reward misuse, policy violations, security threats, or suspicious redemption behavior.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions, QR scanning failures, banking or payout delays, incorrect beneficiary details submitted by users, loss caused by user negligence, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be published within the Application with revised effective dates. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
